Ten minutes about the room, the house and what you are trying to change. Most jobs sort themselves out here, including the ones that turn out not to need us.
A look at the floor
We come and check the floor, the wet wall and the access. This is the point where the real cost of the job stops being a guess.
A written scope
Item by item, with the choices you still have to make listed separately. You can read it, sit on it, and price it against anyone else.
