Strip out and make good
- Protection through the house and the room stripped to the frame
- Old fixtures, tile and lining removed and carted away
- The floor opened up and looked at before anything is quoted as final
- Any soft timber or old patching replaced while it’s open
- Everything that hangs on a wall planned before the walls are closed up
The wet area
- Plumbing and electrical roughed in by licensed trades, with certificates
- The floor set to drain properly
- Certified waterproofing
- The finished waterproofing checked before a single tile goes down
Finishes and fit off
- Wall and floor tiling, with the layout drawn before the first sheet is cut
- Vanity, basin, toilet, bath and shower screen supplied or installed

Pale tile, full height in the wet area
Most people here want light. Full height tile in the shower and paint elsewhere is the usual split, and it keeps the cost where it does the most good.
